Responsibility

1. To provide FOL technical support and lead technicians to solve equipment problems online by P.D.C.A.

2.Analyze and summarize the cause of equipment accidents, improve the equipment performance and design for reconstruction

3. Reduction spare parts cost and increase the life span of parts.

4. Promote the skill level for technician / machine setter.

5.Upgrade the machine efficiency to make production smooth running

6. Build up P.M system.

7.Management of equipment consumables and maintenance tools

8.To plan, organize and implement continuous improvement projects

職位要求

機(jī)械或電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷。封裝前段設(shè)備維護(hù)5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；必須精通封裝前段DP, DA, WB等一個或者多個工序的設(shè)備維修和管理。
