3. 電熱型電子漿料：（1）發(fā)熱水平60℃左右電子漿料 （2）發(fā)熱水平100℃左右電子漿料 （3）發(fā)熱水平140℃左右電子漿料 （4）發(fā)熱水平200℃左右電子漿料 （5）發(fā)熱水平300℃左右電子漿料 （6）發(fā)熱水平400℃左右電子漿料 （7）發(fā)熱水平500℃左右電子漿料
