汽車電子控制板(ATE)測(cè)試
一, 客戶測(cè)試要求
1, 針對(duì)此汽車背光控制板測(cè)試其功能,
2, 輸出狀態(tài)不同,測(cè)試輸出狀態(tài)時(shí)否正常
3, 量測(cè)LED的電壓,測(cè)試期導(dǎo)通電流
4, 由于汽車電子對(duì)功耗比較嚴(yán)格,需測(cè)各種狀態(tài)的產(chǎn)品總電流
5, 測(cè)試LED亮暗狀態(tài)是否正常,
6, 要測(cè)試按鈕開關(guān)功能
7, 測(cè)試待測(cè)板上穩(wěn)壓IC輸出是否正常
8, 采用單片機(jī)(MCU)控制,LCD屏顯示結(jié)果
9, 測(cè)試完成后,對(duì)PASS產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行蓋章標(biāo)識(shí)
二, 測(cè)試規(guī)格
1,All Diodes "Ds" are LEDs with Vf = ~1.9 to 3.5 Volts (depending on color)
TEST:Confirm Presence, Correct Polaritiy, Correct Vf (Establish Orange LED Vf range for BMW circuit
2,U1 LED Constant Current Driver
Test:Confirm LED Driver Sinks Current on each channel (U1 pin 7-10).
Step: 1, Supply 5 Volts to Pin 1 & Anodes of LEDs
2, Supply 5 Volts to Pin Boost (TP8)
3, Apply LOW to PWM (TP32) confirm LEDs OFF
4, Apply HIGH 5 Volts to PWM (TP32) confirm that LEDs are ON
(confirm via voltages at (TP7, 10, 25, 26) and total current draw
5, Supply 5 Volts to Pin 1 & Anodes of LEDs
6, Supply LOW to Pin Boost (TP8)
7, Apply LOW to PWM (TP32) confirm LEDs OFF
8, Apply HIGH 5 Volts to PWM (TP32) confirm that LEDs are ON
(confirm via voltages at TP7, 10, 25, 26) and total current draw
三,實(shí)現(xiàn)方案:
1, 采用單片機(jī)控制,全自動(dòng)測(cè)試
2, 單片機(jī)控制板有16組輸出,給出高低電平信號(hào)
3, 單片機(jī)控制板有16組輸入,量測(cè)電壓,電流
4, 采用LCD屏顯示測(cè)試進(jìn)度及測(cè)試結(jié)果
5, 使用LED燈顯示測(cè)試結(jié)果,方便操作員判斷。
