WPC（PE&PP）木塑地板是指木塑復(fù)合材料的配混、脫揮、制品擠出成型分別在不同的 設(shè)備中完成，即原材料按一定配方配混好之后，中間造成木塑顆粒，再擠出加工成木塑地 板的這個(gè)過(guò)程。 目前兩步法應(yīng)用較為廣泛;一般是用錐雙擠出機(jī)或平雙擠出機(jī)造粒 再用錐雙或單螺桿擠出 機(jī)擠出成型制品，主要使用在室內(nèi)外地板、護(hù)欄、托盤等WPC（PE&PP）類木塑產(chǎn)品的 擠出成型。
