3、向SEC或DTI注冊公司名稱

DTI (Department of Trade &industry)→1人以下注冊公司

SEC(Securities and Exchange Commission)-2人以上注冊公司

4、向地方政府機關(guān)(LGU’s)登記注冊，申請商業(yè)許可證，不同的城市與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)需分別向當(dāng)?shù)氐恼暾埖怯?BARANGAY(BRGY) & City hall)

5、向BIR(Bureau of Internal Revenue)提供登記許可證，并請求核準(zhǔn)設(shè)立

6、向不同政府機關(guān)申請員工相關(guān)福利項目
