阻燃整理劑HOLPOSON? Pyroman是一種無(wú)鹵的滌綸用阻燃劑，能夠有效阻止滌綸紡織品火焰蔓延，處理阻燃劑HOLPOSON? Pyroman的面料被賦予難燃的防護(hù)功能，持久性及耐水洗性強(qiáng)，長(zhǎng)期有效地發(fā)揮阻燃功能。適合全滌面料和部分滌綸錦綸混紡織物。

使用方法

阻燃劑HOLPOSON? Pyroman整理的方法是浸軋法。在阻燃處理前需要做堿減量處理，以改變滌綸的吸濕性、手感，有效去除織物表面的雜質(zhì)，顯著提高阻燃整理效果。

工藝配方：

阻燃劑HOLPOSON? Pyroman 40～80 g/L

工作液的配制：

在配液槽中加入70～80%的水，再加入阻燃劑HOLPOSON? 火人，攪拌，然后加入其他助劑（需預(yù)先試驗(yàn)其是否影響阻燃效果），并加入至規(guī)定刻度，攪拌均勻。配好的工作液8小時(shí)應(yīng)用完。

工藝流程：

織物 → 二浸二軋（軋液率60～70%）→ 烘干（80～100℃）→ 焙烘（170～190℃×1～3min）→ 水洗 → 烘干

注意事項(xiàng)

1.配制好的溶液請(qǐng)于8小時(shí)內(nèi)使用

2.對(duì)一些特殊染料，生產(chǎn)前應(yīng)做色光變化小試

3.上述工藝配方和工藝過(guò)程根據(jù)具體加工條件作適當(dāng)調(diào)整

4.焙烘溫度必須嚴(yán)格控制，否則影響耐洗性和阻燃效果

貯 存

包裝： 50KG\60KG\70KG塑料桶，貯存期為12個(gè)月。開(kāi)包使用后應(yīng)確保容器密閉

室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。
