一、應用范圍及用途:(Application)

This machine is suitable for artificial, natural, synthetic rubber, plastics and other ductilematerial powder processing, especiallyfor all kinds of waste rubber scraps which can be recycled by grinding into powders. The powder can be added in different proportion according to requirements of the final product, making the products much stronger, wear resistant, better heat dispersion and lowering the production cost and achieving economic efficiency by using the powder which ground by the rubber grinder.
除以上膠粉可混入橡膠制品外,膠粉又是某些建筑材料和防水材料的添加劑,國內外還將膠粉和瀝青混合,用于高速公路鋪設路面,也可與塑料混合生產(chǎn)橡塑制品。

二、結構和原理:(Structure and principle)
該機由操作控制柜、磨粉主機、風機、旋風集塵器、關風機、粉末輸送管、震動分離器等組成。磨粉主機由機架、主電機、無級變速電機、送料機構、調節(jié)機構及磨盤等構成。其基本原理為通過兩個磨盤的相對運動,將物料剪切、碾磨而達到粉碎之目的。采用風、水冷卻有效控制粉碎溫度,確保被粉碎物料之質量。送料機構選用無級變速,可根據(jù)不同的物料,調節(jié)相應的進料速度,從而達到的產(chǎn)品要求。
The rubber grinder consistsof safety operation cabinet, main grinder components, blower,cyclone dust collector, airlock, powder conveyor pipe, vibrating separator, etc. The main component is composed of support , main drive motor, stepless speed motor, conveyor mechanism, adjusting mechanism, grinding wheels, etc. The basic working principle is that the two wheels move oppositely to cut and grind the materials into powders with air ,water cooling system to control the grinding temperature to ensure the grinding quality. The feeding mechanism adopts the stepless speed transmission which can change the speed as per the feeding materials to optimize the final product.
送料機構將物料強制送入粉碎室,在高壓作用下剪切與研磨相結合的原理,通過風、水冷卻,控制粉碎室的溫度,確保被粉物料之質量。再通過風機風力的作用將粉碎成粉的粉劑經(jīng)過輸送管道送入旋風集塵器,再進行震動分離送入貯存袋。
