適用范圍：

TB/T 3237 適用于動車組用內(nèi)裝材料的阻燃測試；TB/T 3138 適用于機車車輛阻燃材料；QCR 699 適用于鐵路客車非金屬材料。

測試方法：

TB/T3237 包括了氧指數(shù)測試、燃燒性能測試、煙霧密度和毒性測試；

TB/T3138 只包括氧指數(shù)測試、45度角燃燒和煙霧密度測試，沒有毒性測試。

QCR699 主要是在TB/T3138標準的基礎上增加了毒性測試。
