化工品進(jìn)口流程：

1、進(jìn)口商和國(guó)外簽訂合同

2、國(guó)外訂艙發(fā)貨

3、貨物到港

4、換單

5、報(bào)檢，出報(bào)檢單

6、報(bào)關(guān)，海關(guān)查驗(yàn)，出稅金

7、繳稅，海關(guān)放行

8、預(yù)約商檢 商檢查驗(yàn)放行

9、提貨

化工品通關(guān)需要提供的資料

1、箱單

4、海運(yùn)提單

化工品進(jìn)口注意事項(xiàng)：

1、化工品分為法檢化工品和非法檢化工品，非法檢化工品則不需要商檢。

2、為了保險(xiǎn)起見，普通化工品進(jìn)口前讓國(guó)外提供MSDS，確定沒有危險(xiǎn)品成分。

3、如果是出口國(guó)家是疫區(qū)要在國(guó)外做好。

4、如果化工品有木質(zhì)包裝或者托盤，需要給木質(zhì)包裝和托盤報(bào)檢。

Notes for chemical import:

1. Chemical inspection is divided into legal inspection of chemical products and illegal inspection of chemical products, while illegal inspection does not require commodity inspection.
