C類(lèi)其他外國(guó)人員（不超過(guò) 90 日）

申請(qǐng)人基本條件

1.應(yīng)年滿(mǎn) 18 周歲，身體健康，無(wú)犯罪記錄，境內(nèi)有確定的用人單位，具有從事其工作所必需的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能或相適應(yīng)的知識(shí)水平。

2.所從事的工作符合我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，為國(guó)內(nèi)急需緊缺的專(zhuān)業(yè)人員。

(Basic Requirements for applicants 1. They shall be at least 18 years of age, in good health, have no criminal record, have a definite employer in their territory, and possess the professional skills necessary for their work or an appropriate level of knowledge. 2. The work is in line with China's economic and social development needs for the country's urgently needed professionals.)
