1.2構造Structure
1.2.1. 分類 Classification
屬于溫度固定的雙金屬碟片瞬動式溫度控制器。

1.2.2.接地方式 Method Of Earth
通過溫控器金屬外蓋與設備接地金屬部件相連。
By means of the metal cup of thermostat connected in the earthing meral part.
1.2.3.外觀及尺寸Appearance
外觀應加工良好，無有損于性能及商品價值的傷、裂、變形、毛刺、污漬等缺陷。
The appearance should be processed well, without any defect effecting the performance or

1.3動作方式Action Forms
■ 室溫下觸點接通（nc），溫度上升觸點斷開，溫度降低觸點恢復接通。
Normal close:Cut out at temperature rise,cut in at temperature decreasing.
□室溫下觸點接通（nc），溫度下降觸點斷開，溫度上升觸點恢復接通。
Normal close:Cut out at temperature decreasing,cut in at temperature rise.
□室溫下觸點斷開（no），溫度上升觸點接通，溫度降低觸點恢復斷開。
Normal open:Cut in at temperature rise,cut out at temperature decreasing.

2.1.動作溫度Operating Temperature
2.1.1.溫度特性Characteristic
斷電溫度： 130±5℃
接通溫度： 標準復位
2.1.2. 測試方法Test method
把溫控器夾在測試區(qū)內(nèi)，等待測溫區(qū)的溫度平衡后，開始測試。測試爐內(nèi)以空氣作為加熱
介質，在測溫區(qū)放置溫度計或溫度傳感器。在溫度進入動作溫度公差范圍前2K開始，以小于1K/min的溫度變化速率進行加溫或降溫，其間必須進行攪拌，使溫度分布充分均勻；測溫區(qū)溫
度分布均勻性在±0.4K以內(nèi)。
測試裝置可設置通斷顯示裝置。溫控器兩接線端子間電壓大于5V，通過試樣電流大于10mA。
