If someone tells you to get the show on the road, they are urging you to get started on something! Rather than waiting somewhere for the preparation to finish, they want you to start, even if there might be some mistakes and things that hinder your progress.

英語知識(shí)運(yùn)用

①詞匯：要求考生掌握1000左右的詞匯以及相關(guān)詞組，級(jí)考試詞匯主要來源于初中英語教學(xué)大綱的700詞以及一級(jí)考試（B）使用的600詞。級(jí)超出部分的詞匯主要考慮了語言的功能性用詞，以基本滿足出租汽車司機(jī)、賓館行李員、門衛(wèi)、交通警察等行業(yè)在對(duì)外交往中的基本需要。如，做交警工作的應(yīng)知道driving license(駕駛執(zhí)照),to drive against traffic regulation(違章行駛),fine(罰款)等。

②語法：要求考生應(yīng)能適當(dāng)運(yùn)用基礎(chǔ)的語法知識(shí)。級(jí)的語法主要參照了初中英語教學(xué)大綱，以單項(xiàng)填空的形式進(jìn)行考查。
