1. Certified Organizations shall set working hours that comply with national laws or benchmark industry standards or relevant international standards, whichever affords greater protection to
ensure the health, safety and welfare of workers.
認(rèn)證組織應(yīng)設(shè)定符合國家法律、基準(zhǔn)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或相關(guān)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工作時間,以提供更大的保護(hù),確保工人的健康、和福利。
2.Certified Organizations shall respect that the standard allowable working hours in a week are 48, excluding overtime. Workers shall not on a regular basis be required to work in excess of 48 hours per week.
認(rèn)證組織應(yīng)尊重一周內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)允許工作時間——48 小時,不包括加班。工人不得定期工作超過每周 48 小時。
3. Overtime shall be voluntary, shall not exceed 12 hours per week and shall not be requested on a regular basis.
加班是自愿的,每周不得超過 12 小時,不得定期要求。
4.Certified Organizations shall respect all workers right to breaks during work shifts and to at least one free day following six consecutive days worked, as well as public and annual holidays.
認(rèn)證組織應(yīng)尊重所有員工的休息權(quán),在工作班次之前提供休息時間,連續(xù)六天工作時至少休息,并遵守公共假期和年休假。
