應(yīng)用AQ3系列閥是衛(wèi)生級(jí)不銹鋼閥門(mén)，它的設(shè)計(jì)使得它能保護(hù)設(shè)備，所以它安裝在

排放壓力的回路，對(duì)管路、泵、裝置、儲(chǔ)罐等起保護(hù)作用。廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、飲料、乳制

品、制藥、啤酒等行業(yè)。

工作原理

AQ3系列閥是通過(guò)調(diào)整彈簧的壓緊螺母來(lái)校準(zhǔn)一個(gè)特定壓力。校準(zhǔn)壓力是為了避免設(shè)備損

壞而定的壓力值。在正常的的工作壓力下，閥門(mén)是關(guān)閉的;當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力超過(guò)校準(zhǔn)壓力

時(shí)，閥門(mén)打開(kāi)。管道系統(tǒng)中的壓力得到釋放，從而達(dá)到對(duì)管路及設(shè)備的保護(hù)。

AQ3-1系列閥門(mén)是AQ3閥門(mén)的改進(jìn)型，它增加了氣動(dòng)開(kāi)啟裝置，便于對(duì)閥及其管路進(jìn)行

CIP清洗。

AQ3閥是一種較為特殊的閥門(mén)，在出廠時(shí)都經(jīng)過(guò)了嚴(yán)格的校撿，但為了使閥門(mén)能更切合實(shí)

際運(yùn)行工況，故有條件時(shí)，應(yīng)盡可能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)閥門(mén)再進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。

Applications:

AQ3 system valve is a sanitary stainless steel safety valve ,its design makes it adequate

For protection of installations in the pharmaceutical industry. lt is used to perform

pressure by pass for safety purposes in order to protect lines, pumps, fittings, tanks, etc.

Operating Principles:

Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains closed .lt is calibrated to a

specific pressure by regulating the spring with the pressure nut. The calibrated

pressure is a maximum safety pressure to avoid damage of the plant.

When the pressure in the circuit exceeds the calibrated pressure, the valve opens

letting the flow pass, thus, the pressure in the pipe system is reduced.

The valve can be provided with a handle ,its designs allows to partially open the valve

in order to allow the passage of the cleaning solutions during the ClP process.
