工作原理

石英亞沸蒸餾是利用熱輻射原理，保持液相溫度低于沸點(diǎn)溫度蒸發(fā)冷凝而制取高純水和高純?cè)噭?/span>

主要特點(diǎn)：

該儀器是用自來(lái)水為原水，所產(chǎn)生蒸餾水不與任何金屬接觸，因此水質(zhì)純度高，完全能滿(mǎn)足之際ppb級(jí)分析之用，儀器所用石英玻璃是以含二氧化硅物質(zhì)，如水晶、硅石、四氧化硅為原料經(jīng)高溫熔制而成。其二氧化硅含量比普通玻璃高得多，一般石英玻璃二氧化硅含量在99.999%。石英玻璃具有優(yōu)異的耐酸材料，除氫氟和300以上的熱磷酸外，在高溫下，它能耐硫酸，硝酸，鹽酸，王水，中性鹽類(lèi)，碳和硫等侵蝕，其化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性相當(dāng)于耐酸陶瓷的30倍，相當(dāng)于鎳鉻合金和陶瓷的150倍，它耐高溫耐熱震，熱膨脹系數(shù)特別小。石英玻璃電學(xué)性能，在常溫下，它的電阻，相當(dāng)于普通玻璃的10-10倍，對(duì)全部頻率的介電損失很微小，絕緣耐壓強(qiáng)度大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該儀器結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，安裝、操作方便，是國(guó)內(nèi)一家經(jīng)過(guò)改型的產(chǎn)品。

如何安裝石英亞沸蒸餾水器：

1、把石英亞沸蒸餾水器平放在工作臺(tái)上（靠近水源及電源），將冷凝器磨砂口一端插入橫式燒瓶的磨砂口上方即。

2、可將溢水口膠管與冷凝水出口膠管引入廢水池；再將冷凝進(jìn)水膠管與市售自來(lái)水管相連；然后把進(jìn)水膠管與被蒸原水相連，原水進(jìn)水膠管加裝一止水夾，將冷凝器接口膠管與接受瓶相連即可。

石英亞沸蒸餾水器清洗方式：

1、新出廠的蒸餾器，本廠已清洗好，用戶(hù)只需要引入去離子水清洗后直接使用，初次提純水 用以洗滌器皿。

2、長(zhǎng)期使用后發(fā)現(xiàn)水質(zhì)因污染變劣時(shí)，可按下列方法清洗。

A、以（Hcl：HNO3=3：1），浸泡24小時(shí)。

B、如長(zhǎng)期以自來(lái)水直接提純結(jié)垢污染或因加化學(xué)試劑和提純化學(xué)試劑而污染時(shí)，可在 中浸泡后再以5%HF浸蝕處理，以提純器光亮為準(zhǔn)，切勿過(guò)度浸泡而變毛，浸蝕后再用去離子水沖干凈，平衡純化。

C、較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)，可浸泡在2NHNO3中保存。

石英亞沸蒸餾水器是一種容易破碎的貴重儀器，均應(yīng)輕拿輕放，嚴(yán)防劇烈震動(dòng)和碰撞，以免造成破損。

1, the factory has cleaned the new factory distiller, the user only need to introduce deionized water cleaning directly after use, the first time to extract pure water for washing utensils.

2. If the water quality becomes worse due to pollution after long-term use, the following cleaning methods can be used.

A. Soak for 24 hours with (Hcl: HNO3= 3:1).

B. In case of long-term pollution caused by direct purification ａnd scaling with tap water or pollution caused by addition of chemical reagents ａnd purification chemical reagents, 5%HF etching treatment can be applied after soaking in the water. The light of the purifier shall prevail.

C. When not in use for a long time, it can be soaked in 2NHNO3 for preservation.
