高頻焊管機(jī)是直縫焊管機(jī)的一種,和其他制管機(jī)不同的地方就在于其焊接方式。高頻焊管機(jī)是利用高頻電阻渦流是管材熱熔并凝結(jié)來制造管材的。高頻焊管機(jī)由于焊接速度快,越來越受到人們的青睞,比如石油管、天然氣等大型管材都是使用高頻焊管機(jī)制造的。

高頻焊原理/High frequency welding principle:
高頻焊就是高頻率的電阻焊(英文Electric Resistance Welding),所以很多人也把電阻焊管成為ERW管。高頻焊系統(tǒng)一般由整流系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng)組成。從電網(wǎng)接入的低頻50HZ常規(guī)用電經(jīng)過整流系統(tǒng)的IGBT系統(tǒng)整合后,迅速提升到400KHZ以上,高頻電流加到電感線圈(即感應(yīng)圈)后,利用電磁感應(yīng)原理轉(zhuǎn)換成高頻磁場,并作用在處于磁場中的金屬管材上,由于渦流效應(yīng)是分散在管材周圍的,所以需要在管材內(nèi)部預(yù)置一個(gè)磁棒,受磁棒影響,渦流會在管材縫隙處集中,然后渦流受集膚效應(yīng)影響,利用電流熱效應(yīng)原理生成熱量,從而使管材邊緣熔化區(qū)熱熔,在外力擠壓下又凝結(jié)在一起,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接。
