方管拋光機(jī)是對方管和矩形金屬管材進(jìn)行表面拋光的設(shè)備。經(jīng)過拋光的方管/矩形管能夠達(dá)到鏡面效果。

圓管拋光機(jī)的機(jī)組構(gòu)成/The composition of the tube polishing machine：

拋光機(jī)組由上料架、拋光機(jī)、下料架等3部分組成。上料架負(fù)責(zé)將待拋光的管材放置好，然后向拋光機(jī)組送料。拋光機(jī)組主要是對管材進(jìn)行外表面進(jìn)行拋光，通過拋光輪和拋光蠟的結(jié)合，是管材表面達(dá)到鏡面效果。下料架就是負(fù)責(zé)將拋光后的管材進(jìn)行集中收集，然后打包。

方管拋光機(jī)工作原理/Square tube polishing machine working principle：

當(dāng)管材進(jìn)入拋光機(jī)組后，管材由拋光機(jī)上面的牌坊予以固定，水平牌坊固定管材的上下兩個面，立牌固定管材的左右兩個面。管材在拋光機(jī)組的前進(jìn)移動由水平牌坊的膠輪提供，電機(jī)將動力提供給渦輪減速機(jī)，渦輪減速機(jī)通過萬向軸將動力傳給水平軸，然后帶動管材前進(jìn)。而拋光輪由電機(jī)驅(qū)動，也是按照上下、左右4個面的布局對管材進(jìn)行拋光處理。
