扭紋機，也就扭擰機、麻花機，是將金屬棒材或管材進行扭曲的專業(yè)設(shè)備。一般扭曲的紋路多為麻花狀。

扭紋機工作原理/Working principle of twisting machine：

扭紋前先將管材或棒材穿過扭轉(zhuǎn)卡口，工件一端固定在移動滑塊上，如果是管材，需要在管材內(nèi)部填充沙土，以防管材扭曲過程中出現(xiàn)爆裂情況，然后開動設(shè)備，卡口旋轉(zhuǎn)，帶動工件被動旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而形成麻花紋。
